Please check your order while the courier is still with you at the moment of delivery.

If the product is broken or damaged

The customer has the right to refuse the order immediately
You will not pay any shipping fees.

If the courier leaves before you check the order

If you request a return later, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping cost.

Opened or used perfumes

Perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged
This is to protect product quality and customer safety.

Complaint window

All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order
